XCheck Communications believes strongly in the privacy rights of our customers. We have developed the following comprehensive privacy policy to inform our users of the policies in place at XCheck to ensure your privacy is maintained. This policy covers the site www.xcheck.com and all XCheck Communications products

 

INFORMATION COLLECTED

XCheck Communications collects personal information during registration, including each user's name, and a valid email address along with other demographic information. We use this information to contact customers as needed, inform customers of updates to our products and services, and in order to gather customer feedback on how to improve the services we provide.

 

COOKIES

Cookies are small files that are sent from your web browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. These tell us whether you have used our site previously and allow us to remember some of your preferences. We use cookies solely in order to improve our service to you. We do not use cookies that will obtain other information about you.

 

We use the system usage information and logged diagnostic information to improve our service. XCheck Communications reserves the right to share aggregated demographic information about our customers, sales, and traffic to our partners and advertisers. We will not give, sell, rent, share, or trade any of your personally identifiable information, or the data that you store using our service to any third party, except as outlined in our Terms of Service and in this privacy policy. We reserve the right to disclose such information to a third party only if:

 

1.       We have the customer's express written consent.

2.       We reasonably believe we are compelled by applicable state and/or federal law.

3.       We reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical

           injury to any person, or other irreparable injury, including economic interests of a third party,

           requires disclosure of the information without delay.

 

XCheck Communications uses a third party vendor to manage all credit card processing, and may partner with other parties to provide similar services. XCheck Communications will share names and other contact information as necessary for the applicable third parties to provide these services. These parties are not permitted under their contract with us to store, retain, or use your information for purposes not directly involved with their service to XCheck Communications. Specifically, our contracts with such third parties prohibit the third parties from using your personal information for purposes of marketing or promotions.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to share personally identifiable information in connection with an acquisition, merger, or sale of all or a substantial portion of our business, with or to a company in a substantially similar business, provided that the other company agrees to comply with this or with a reasonably comparable privacy policy. In the event of any such sale or merger, you will receive notice of any changes in such policy.

 

SYSTEM SECURITY

Our computer servers are housed in secure facilities with 24 hour supervision. We employ industry standard encryption and firewall software. We encrypt registration passwords and have policies and procedures for ensuring that your information is not compromised.

 

No customer information is stored on XCheck Communications employees' personal computers. Only employees who require your personally identifiable information to perform a specific task are granted access to such information. The servers on which all customer data and information is stored are kept in a secure environment.

 

UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If your personally identifiable information changes in any way, we request that you provide us the means to correct or update this information as soon as possible. To do so, please email any and all changes to XCheck Support.

 

OP-OUT

XCheck Communications provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time. If you choose to opt-out of such communications or to remove your information from our database, please email our support group with your specific request.

 

LOSS OF PRIVACY

XCheck has never, to our knowledge, had a breach in our security resulting in any our users' personal information being compromised. In the event of any security or privacy breach, we commit to notify our users as soon as possible.  We further commit to take all reasonable steps to correct or mitigate the impact of any loss.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Persons under 18 years of age need parental consent to provide personally identifiable information to XCheck Communication, or to place a purchase with XCheck.

 

Simple steps for you to help ensure your privacy

1.       Do not share your password with anyone.

2.       Always logout and close your browser when you finish your session.

3.       Please note that we will never ask you to disclose your password in an unsolicited

          phone call or email - if a person does ask for this information, please notify XCheck

POLICY AMENDMENTS

XCheck Communications reserves the right to change this privacy policy. XCheck will notify users either through a posted notice of changes to the policy on our website, and/or by email notice.  We encourage our users to periodically review this policy for updates.
